EXCHANGE SQUARE is a Grade-A tower with 16 levels of office space and a four-level luxury retail podium located on an approx. 10,700 sq. m (approx 115,000 sq. ft) site. It lies at the heart of Phnom Penh’s emerging financial district, overlooking one of the city’s best parks. Construction began in September 2013, with completion of first phase expected in 2017.
